HCC memberships include access to our 25-meter indoor pool, which has two lanes available for lap swimmers during pool operating hours. One lane may be removed during class times depending on the size of the class. Relax in our hot tub after a rigorous swim or workout, located in the corner of the pool room!

Members also receive a discount for the recreational outdoor pool, which is available as a separate subscription. It includes a lounge area and a shallow end where kids can play.

Easy Splash is a 45 minute low impact water aerobics focusing on muscle toning with light resistance. The class is held in the shallow and deep ends of the pool with floatation belts and noodles available. This is an excellent class for seniors and non-swimmers, as well as students with arthritis or undergoing injury recovery.
Shoulder deep water reduces body weight by 90%, easing the workload on joints and ligaments. Water also has 12 times the resistace of air and allows muscles to be exercised in all directions. Using flotation devices, you will do a variety of moves such as jumping jacks, cross country skiing, lunges, jogging, and sprinting for a great overall aerobic workout. A perfect class for all fitness levels!
Jumpstart is a vigorous water aerobic workout using dumbbells in both the shollow and deep end of the pool. This 45 minute workout promotes cardio and strength training, and is recommended for all levels of fitness.
White Water is a great 60 minute workout for all levels of fitness, especially those who want to cross train or are recovering from an injury. Students use a variety of dumbbells to increase resistance, promoting strength and toning. Classes are taught in the shallow and deep ends of the pool.
